Our year builder warranty was expired. The carpet that was installed was pulled out due to our fault when moving furniture across the floor.  We called Greentown to ask how to resolve, they jumped to it! My builders warranty had expired 2 years back, but I reached out to the Greentown team to inquire with them as I knew they knew the home well before reaching out to another vendor.  They called back right away, scheduled a time to meet and came to the home and walked through my issue which was a small water leak... they helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue well after the warranty had expired.
