Brett Grantham

Brett, Principal Broker of Greentown Homes, began his career in the electrical trade straight out of high school. After moving to Portland, he quickly advanced from estimator to Field Superintendent, and by age 21, was serving as Vice President of Construction, overseeing the build of 50–100 homes annually.

In 2009, he founded Greentown, building the company on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship. Today, those same principles continue to guide his approach—delivering exceptional homes while building lasting client relationships.

Brett is a Certified Master Builder in Oregon, licensed Journeyman Electrician, and Principal Broker. He was also recognized by the National Home Builders Association as National New Home Salesperson of the Year in 2004.

Operations Manager

Dillon Baughman

Dillon Baughman came to Greentown Homes in the most natural way possible; he is a multi-generational Oregonian who has spent most of his life in carpentry and construction, in one way or another. When most young boys got their first toy hammer, Dillon received his first 12oz hammer and a set of tool bags. Dillon found employment with Greentown in 2015 when he was hired for night security and as a carpenter - a job that allowed him to bring along his dog. After several years, Dillon accepted a position with an HOA management company, moving from lead carpenter to Project Coordinator, where he oversaw the maintenance of several high-rises in Portland. After earning his BOMI certifications for Air Handling, Water Treatment, and Plumbing Systems, he eventually found his way back to Greentown Homes.

Estimator

Austin Grantham

Austin Grantham-Stoneman is Greentown Homes’ Contract Coordinator, responsible for all contracts sent to subcontractors hired by Greentown. He started full-time with the company more than 2 years ago, moving up from a manual laborer to his current position. Back in high school, Austin was a constant fixture, working during summer and winter breaks, learning the business, and earning his position.
